Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Senior Residential Leasing Leader in Pune, Maharashtra, India to drive occupancy and rental income for luxury residential spaces. You will own end-to-end leasing from marketing to documentation, and build strong relationships with brokers and corporate clients.

The role requires deep knowledge of local real estate laws, sharp negotiation skills, and the ability to analyze market trends to position properties competitively.

• 4+ years of experience in residential leasing, with leadership responsibilities.
• Strong knowledge of local real estate laws and leasing documentation.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.

• Handle escalated tenant issues and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
