Job summary

GP Strategies Corporation is seeking a Communications/ Learning Facilitator to coordinate induction sessions and lead regional upskilling programs. The role collaborates with the Enterprise Learning Team to deploy programs aligned with the learning strategy and works with business functions to enhance employee competency through tailored curricula.

The candidate will lead virtual and live online sessions in India and across six other countries, with responsibilities spanning learning delivery,

Qualifications

• Graduate or Master’s in any discipline with 10–12 years total work experience.
• 6–8 years of relevant experience in Learning and Development.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with diverse audiences.
• Intermediate knowledge of MS Office (Excel and PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Facilitate and coordinate Induction Sessions.
• Promote and coordinate regional upskilling and certification programs.
• Collaborate with the Enterprise Learning Team to deliver programs per learning strategy.
• Partner with business functions to enhance employee competency through diagnostics and curriculum design.
• Facilitate learning sessions (virtual and live online) in India and in 6 other countries as needed.
• Support delivery of training solutions and learning interventions.
• Responsible for demand planning, training, reporting, and MI for site deployment.

Role And Responsibilities

• Facilitation and coordination of Induction Sessions
• Promotion, coordination and Facilitation of Regional Upskilling and Certification Programs.
• Collaborate strongly with the Enterprise Learning Team in delivery and deployment of programs in alignment with learning strategy
• Partner with the business functions to enhance employee competency through diagnostic profiling, tailor-made curriculum design, program deployment and efficacy gauge.
• Facilitate learning sessions (virtual and live online) in India, and the other 6 countries under GSC/Tech remit when required, in line with L&D Strategic priorities focused on behavioural, managerial and leadership development
• Support the delivery of a range of training solutions and other relevant learning interventions based on the training needs identified
• Responsible for Demand planning, Training, Reporting, Management Information (MI) for Site, solution deployment.

Requirements/Qualifications

• Graduate/Masters in any discipline with overall 10-12 years of total work experience and 6-8 years of relevant experience in Learning and Development
• Excellent communication (verbal & written) and presentation skills
• Strong interpersonal skills and executive presence with an ability to interact with diverse audiences
• Knowledge of MS office tools (excel & Power point) at intermediate level
• Experience of working in teams with a collaborative spirit
