The role requires 5–10 years in L&D or related fields, with strong facilitation, curriculum design, and stakeholder management skills. You will work with mentors, institutions, and industry leaders to create practical, future-focused learning experiences.

This role will play a critical part in building one of India's fastest-growing mentor-led learning ecosystems by developing impactful learning journeys for students, working professionals, first-time managers, senior leaders, mentors, and corporate partners.

The successful candidate will collaborate with industry mentors, subject matter experts, academic institutions, and business leaders to create engaging learning experiences that are practical, industry-relevant, and future-focused.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute GSLI's leadership learning strategy aligned with emerging workplace trends.
• Design competency-based learning journeys for professionals across different career stages.
• Build certification pathways covering leadership, management, employability, mentoring, AI, workplace skills, and professional development.
• Continuously review and update curriculum based on industry expectations and future skills.

Program Design & Learning Innovation

• Design engaging learning experiences across live workshops, virtual classrooms, masterclasses, podcasts, mentoring sessions, and self-paced learning.
• Develop facilitator guides, participant workbooks, assessments, playbooks, and learning resources.
• Create blended learning journeys that combine instructor-led learning with mentoring and experiential projects.
• Introduce innovative instructional methodologies that improve learner engagement and application.
• Facilitate leadership development programs for professionals, managers, mentors, and students.
• Conduct Train-the-Trainer and Mentor Development programs.
• Lead workshops on leadership, communication, professional effectiveness, mentoring, AI adoption, career readiness, and workplace excellence.
• Deliver both online and in-person learning experiences across institutions and corporate organisations.

Community Learning & Mentoring

• Work closely with the Growth Studio MentorWorks community to integrate mentoring into learning journeys.
• Collaborate with industry mentors to curate masterclasses, fireside conversations, and leadership podcasts.
• Support mentor onboarding, capability development, and community engagement initiatives.
• Build collaborative learning experiences that encourage peer learning and professional networking.

Learning Operations & Quality

• Establish learning standards, facilitation quality frameworks, and evaluation processes.
• Measure learning effectiveness using participant feedback, assessments, engagement analytics, and business impact metrics.
• Maintain learning documentation, certification records, and continuous improvement plans.
• Leverage digital learning platforms and AI-enabled tools to enhance learner experience.

Stakeholder Collaboration

• Partner with corporate clients, academic institutions, industry mentors, and leadership teams to co-create relevant learning solutions.
• Support customized leadership development interventions for organizations.
• Collaborate with marketing and community teams to promote flagship learning initiatives and events.

Experience & Qualifications

Required

• 5–10 years of experience in Learning & Development, Leadership Development, Talent Development, Corporate Training, or Executive Education.
• Proven experience designing and delivering leadership and professional development programs.
• Strong facilitation, presentation, coaching, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience creating learning curricula, certification programs, and blended learning journeys.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong project management and organizational capabilities.
• Comfortable facilitating both virtual and classroom-based learning.

Preferred

• Experience working with higher education institutions, consulting firms, leadership institutes, or corporate learning academies.
• Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS), AI-enabled learning tools, and digital learning platforms.
• Certifications in Learning & Development, Instructional Design, Coaching, Leadership Development, or Facilitation.
• Experience working with industry experts, mentors, or executive leadership communities.
