Hyatt Hotels Corporation in Dehradun, Uttarakhand seeks a Learning & Development Manager to oversee Training and Personnel departments in line with Hyatt's strategies and brand standards. You will ensure smooth operations and training program delivery to meet staff and guest expectations.

Requirements include a university degree or diploma in HRM/HRD or Hospitality/Tourism management, at least 2 years as Training Manager or Assistant Training Manager in a large operation, and strong presentation

Qualifications

• Ideally with a university degree or diploma in HRM/HRD or Hospitality/Tourism management.
• Minimum 2 years work experience as Training Manager or Assistant Training Manager in larger operation.
• Good presentation, administrative and interpersonal skills are a must.
