Ideal candidates have 3-5 years in instructional design, a graduate degree, and experience adapting content for global audiences with localization. Strong writing and editorial skills are essential, plus Canva proficiency.

Working Days - 5 day working with 2-week offs

(Rotational shifts including night shifts)

Responsibilities:

We are looking for someone who has:

• Design, develop, and implement learning materials and experiences that align with the organization's learning objectives
• Collaborate with subject matter experts and stakeholders to identify learning needs and develop appropriate solutions
• Select and use appropriate instructional strategies and technologies to create engaging and effective learning experiences
• Stay up to date on the latest learning trends and technologies
• Develop and maintain relationships with external learning providers
• Work independently and as part of a team
• Sound knowledge of instructional design principles and adult learning principles
• Advanced knowledge of planning and execution, along with a solution-oriented mindset
• Strong written communication skills and working knowledge of editorial requirements, grammar, and instructional design of materials; attention to detail to ensure quality

Qualification:

• Graduate in any discipline.
• 3-5 years of experience in instructional design or a related field
• Preferred experience with developing learning solutions for a global audience and adjusting materials based on cultural needs, regional constraints, and localization or translation considerations.
• Strong understanding of learning theory, instructional design principles, and adult learning principles

• Proficiency in instructional design software and tools
• Experience with a variety of learning technologies, including e-learning, blended learning, and mobile learning
• Experience with needs assessments, learning evaluation, and continuous improvement processes
