Job summary

Professional & Technical Skills: Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in instructional design and digital learning content development. Hands-on experience with Articulate Storyline 360 and Rise 360. Strong PowerPoint skills for instructional slide design. Experience developing eLearning content, ILT materials, facilitator guides, and instructional videos. Strong writing, communication, organizational, visual design, and graphic design capabilities. Good to have exposure to AI tools, enterprise or consulting environments, adult learning principles, and global learning programs. Additional Information: The ideal candidate will possess strong digital content development skills across on-demand and instructor-led learning formats. This position is based in India and supports LearnVantage learning transformation work. Travel may be required depending on business needs.
