Responsibilities

• Design, develop, manage, and maintain training content and curriculum across multiple delivery formats (e-learning, instructor-led, hybrid).
• Manage multiple learning projects simultaneously, identifying risks, dependencies, and ensuring timely delivery.
• Use data-driven insights to iterate and improve learning products for scalability, engagement, and performance impact.
• Analyze learner personas and training environments to recommend targeted, scalable solutions.
• Apply UI/UX and DEI principles in content and delivery design.
• Incorporate game-based learning, simulations, AI-driven tools, AR/VR and other cutting-edge technologies.
• Leverage AWS tools and LMS platforms (e.g., Rise, Articulate, SCORM, etc.) to host and distribute training.
• Travel occasionally to conduct in-person workshops and hands-on sessions.
• Create and manage product branding, internal wikis, posters, and supporting communications.
• Write compelling content to support program communication at every stage of the product lifecycle.
