Job summary

Park Hyatt Los Cabos at Cabo del Sol is seeking an HR Training Manager to lead the Personnel Department and drive learning initiatives across hotel operations in alignment with Hyatt's standards.

The role requires a university degree in HRM/HRD or Hospitality/Tourism management and a minimum of two years in Training roles within a large property, with strong presentation, administrative and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications

• Two years of experience as Training Manager or Assistant Training Manager in a larger operation.
• Strong presentation, administrative and interpersonal skills are essential.
