HappinessCue is seeking a Learning & Development Coordinator to join an expanding team. You will handle day-to-day process coordination, reporting, quality checks, and stakeholder communication, with a strong focus on Excel.

The role is based across Delhi NCR / Gurugram / Noida / Bengaluru and suits candidates with 1–4 years of experience. You will work with colleagues, customers and partners, maintaining records and driving timely activities after initial training.
