Job summary

Travclan, a Delhi-based B2B travel tech startup, seeks a passionate Learning and Development professional with 3+ years in the field. You will develop L&D strategies aligned with business goals and collaborate with department heads to close skill gaps.

You will design and deliver training sessions, track progress, and help with onboarding programs to accelerate growth. The role requires willingness to work Saturdays in a startup, and offers a fast-paced, low-hierarchy culture at Connaught Place.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Ethical, hardworking, and 'passionate about startups' mindset
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Learning and Development
• Excellence / Ambition / Hard working attitude reflected in past profile (Strong educational background or demonstrated ability to outperform in previous roles)
• Prior Startup experience preferred
• Willing to learn more
