Job summary

Careernet is seeking a seasoned Enterprise Learning Architect in Hyderabad to define and execute learning architecture aligned with business capabilities and workforce goals.

The role requires 12-19 years in Learning & Development or related fields, with hands-on LMS/LXP experience and AI-enabled learning expertise.

Qualifications

• 12-19 years of relevant experience in Learning & Development, Talent, or Capability roles.
• Strong background in L&D, talent development, or capability building with enterprise learning strategy experience.
• Hands-on experience with LMS or LXP platforms and learning assignments/recommendations.
• Ability to design scalable learning architecture, governance, and operating models for large organizations.
• Experience with GenAI or AI implementation in learning, along with learning analytics and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities
