Position Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Learning and Development Specialist to join our dynamic team. This individual will play a key role in designing, developing, and delivering training programs related to financial, cultural, and technical processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in creating effective training materials and facilitating engaging learning experiences that enhance operational performance and support organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborating with various stakeholders to assess training needs.
• Developing tailored training solutions.
• Leading interactive sessions that cater to diverse audiences.
• Managing multiple projects, adapting to different learning styles, and maintaining a positive and professional attitude in all aspects of training delivery.

Key Activities

• Responsible for leading projects from concept through implementation.
• Balancing stakeholder requirements and strategic objectives within quality, time, and budget constraints and managing associated risks.
• Gathering and documenting project schedule, benefits, and strategic importance of projects.
• Developing project schedule, project communication, allocating resources (internal & external).
• Coordinate subject area and technical specialist to implement stakeholder requirements.
• Act as the single point of contact.
• Regularly report project status to program managers, senior management and/or the sponsor and stakeholders.
• May manage relationships with external contractors, developers.

Desired Skills & Competencies

• Proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Experience with Adobe Captivate or another eLearning authoring tool.
• Experience in conducting business or statistical analysis and leading medium to low complexity projects.
• Strong background in communications, organizational change management, training, or a related area.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Ability to communicate at all employee levels effectively (verbally and in writing).
• Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw conclusions.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills.
• Proficient in problem‑solving, organization, creativity, grammar, and writing.

• QDM Expert Certification a plus.
