Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to assess training needs and develop tailored training solutions.
• Lead interactive sessions for diverse audiences, fostering continuous learning and improvement.
• Manage multiple learning projects, adapting to learning styles and maintaining a positive professional attitude.
• Develop project schedules, communicate progress, allocate resources, and manage associated risks.
• Serve as the single point of contact for stakeholder requirements and report status to program managers and senior management.
• Coordinate with subject area experts and technical specialists to implement training solutions.
• Maintain documentation of project schedule, benefits, and strategic importance.
• Manage relationships with external contractors and developers when needed.
