Job summary

Accenture in India is seeking a Bus & Technology Delivery Analyst to support the Learning Experience Design & Development team in designing and delivering training solutions for external clients. The role focuses on developing and delivering learning content, mentoring, and addressing skill gaps.

You will work with authoring tools (Articulate 360, Lectora, Captivate, Flow 2, GOMO) and LMS platforms like CSOD, SABA, and SuccessFactors to ensure a great user experience.

Qualifications

• Education: B.E./B.Tech/B.Sc/M.Sc - IT/CS/Physics/Math.
• Work Experience: 3–5 years, preferably in the learning industry.
• Experience with web/app-based development using common languages/authoring tools.
• In-depth knowledge of authoring tools – Articulate 360/Lectora/Captivate/Flow 2/GOMO.
• Knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, XML.
• Strong English written/verbal communication skills.
• Familiarity with SCORM 1.2, SCORM 2004, AICC.

Responsibilities

• Develop courses per templates using different authoring tools.
• Deploy and test courses on LMS CSOD, SABA, SuccessFactors for best user experience.
• Explore and learn new authoring tools/platforms.
• Collaborate with ID and media teams to develop and deliver courses.
• Report status of work to leads/stakeholders.

What would you do?

The Technical Architect supports the Accenture’s Learning Experience Design & Development team (LEDD) in a variety of capacities. The role entails supporting the development and delivery of training solutions to all external clients. Talent Development involves creating and implementing programs to enhance employees skills and career growth. This includes training, mentoring, and performance management. The goal is to help employees reach their full potential and contribute effectively to the organization. Responsibilities also include identifying skill gaps and developing strategies to address them. This role is essential for fostering a skilled and motivated workforce. Develop learning activities and supporting materials according to the content design plan.

What are we looking for?

Qualifications:

• Education: B.E./B. Tech/B. Sc/M. Sc - in Information Technology/Computer Science/Physics/Mathematics
• Work Experience: 5+ years’ experience preferably in the learning industry
• Working inside a small team developing web /app-based solution using common development languages/authoring tools
• Has an in-depth understanding of Authoring tools – Articulate 360/Lectora/Captivate/Flow 2/GOMO
• Has good knowldege of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, XML
• Strong English written / verbal communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to carry out research as necessary.
• Ability to multitask and manage several concurrent work assignments while meeting agreed upon timelines and commitments.
• Familiarity / expertise in industry standard learning courseware frameworks: SCORM 1.2, SCORM 2004, AICC

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Responsible for developing the courses as per the templates provided using different authoring tools.
• Expected to have good knowledge about Learning Management System (LMS) like CSOD, SABA, SuccessFactors – to deploy and test the courses to provide best user’s experience.
• Expected to explore and learn the new authoring tools/ platforms available.
• Work in collaboration with ID and media team to develop and deliver the courses.
• Responsible for reporting status of work/tasks assigned to them with leads/ stakeholders.
