Job summary

Accenture PLC in Bengaluru is seeking a Learning Advisory Senior Analyst to help enable workforce readiness through upskilling across technology domains. You will deliver foundational training, support capability transformation, and align learning initiatives with business goals.

You will conduct training needs analyses, translate skill gaps into scalable learning journeys, design reusable assets, and deliver both instructor-led and virtual sessions on DevOps practices.

Qualifications

• You must have completed graduation and 5–8 years of experience.
• Experience in DevOps principles and implementation strategies is essential.
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions).
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes and container orchestration.
• Knowledge of Infrastructure as Code (Terraform).
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Proficiency in Linux administration and Python or Shell scripting.
• Understanding of monitoring, logging, and deployment automation.

Responsibilities

• Learning Program Coordination and execution of technology learning programs.
• Coordinate with trainers, SMEs and platform teams to ensure delivery readiness.
• Identify delivery risks and content gaps, escalate as needed.
• Support deployment, publication, and maintenance of learning solutions.
• Collaborate with team members to share knowledge and reusable assets.
• Coach junior members and provide delivery guidance.
• Ensure learning assets meet quality and accessibility standards.
• Document lessons learned and recommend content improvements.

Delivers foundational training in technology, delivery practices, professional development, and industry-relevant content while supporting capability transformation and business objectives. Contributes to learning solution
• Align learning initiatives with organizational and strategic goals, ensuring effective management of program interdependencies and enhanced learner experience.
• Conduct training needs analysis and development, review, and maintain DevOps learning content, assessments, and learning journeys aligned to business and technology requirements.
• Deliver instructor-led and virtual training programs on DevOps principles
• Learning Strategy and Solution Design
• Align DevOps learning initiatives with organizational strategy, business priorities, performance needs, and workforce capability requirements.
• Conduct training needs analysis and translate identified skill gaps into scalable learning journeys, curricula, assessments, and capability-building solutions.
• Design modular, reusable, accessible, and maintainable learning assets

What are we looking for?

• Strong expertise in DevOps principles, practices, and implementation strategies.
• Hands on experience with CI CD tools such as Jenkins, Azure DevOps, or GitHub Actions.
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and container orchestration.
• Strong knowledge of Infrastructure as Code using Terraform.
• Experience with cloud platforms including AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Proficiency in Linux administration and scripting using Python or Shell.
• Understanding of monitoring, logging, and deployment automation practices.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Learning Program Coordination
• Support the planning and execution of multiple technology learning programs, ensuring adherence to agreed scope, quality, and timelines.
• Coordinate with program leads, trainers, SMEs, platform teams, and other stakeholders to ensure delivery readiness.
• Identify delivery risks, content gaps, technical dependencies, and operational issues, escalating them to the appropriate stakeholders.
• Support the deployment, publication, and maintenance of learning solutions across approved learning platforms.
• Stakeholder and Team Collaboration
• Build effective working relationships with Learning Advisors, Capability Leads, SMEs, architects, instructional designers, trainers, and operational teams.
• Participate in stakeholder discussions to understand learning requirements, present recommendations, and provide progress updates.
• Coordinate technical content reviews and incorporate feedback within agreed timelines.
• Collaborate with team members to share knowledge, reusable assets, templates, tools, and leading practices.
• Support junior team members and peer educators through coaching, knowledge sharing, content reviews, and delivery guidance.
• Quality Assurance and Learning Standards
• Review learning strategies, curricula, storyboards, technical content, prototypes, assessments, lab exercises, and final learning assets.
• Ensuring learning deliverables meet defined standards for instructional quality, technical accuracy, accessibility, consistency, and learner experience.
• Validate that learning objectives, content, activities, and assessments are properly aligned.
• Conduct quality checks before learning assets are deployed or training programs are launched.
• Document lessons learned and recommended improvements to content development and training
