Accenture plc seeks a Learning Advisory Senior Manager to lead Generative AI learning programs in Bengaluru. You will design and deliver instructor‑led and virtual training on GenAI concepts, LLMs, and prompt engineering, develop labs, assessments, and certification prep materials, and collaborate with instructional designers and stakeholders to enable enterprise AI capability.

• BTech, BE, MCA or equivalent IT qualification is required.
• Certifications in Generative AI, Azure OpenAI, Google Cloud AI, AWS AI, ML or equivalent preferred.
• Experience in enterprise AI enablement or workforce upskilling is an advantage.

• Facilitate hands‑on labs and workshops using Generative AI platforms, APIs, and development frameworks.
• Act as SME for learner queries and support capability‑building initiatives.
• Create assessments, evaluation exercises, and certification readiness activities.
• Stay updated with GenAI advancements and industry best practices.

What would you do?

• Technology Educator Generative AI
• The L6 Technology Educator Generative AI is a skilled professional with hands‑on expertise in Generative AI technologies, Large Language Models LLMs, Prompt Engineering, and AI application development. This individual delivers training programs, develops learning content, and supports capability‑building initiatives focused on Generative AI solutions across enterprise platforms.
• Delivers instructor‑led and virtual training programs on Generative AI concepts, LLMs, Prompt Engineering, and AI application development.
• Develops and maintains learning content, labs, assessments, and certification preparation materials.
• Supports the design of hands‑on exercises and real‑world use cases to improve learner engagement and practical understanding.
• Collaborates with instructional designers and business stakeholders to ensure content relevance and quality.
• Provides technical guidance to learners and contributes to capability development initiatives within the Generative AI domain.
• Continuously updates learning content based on emerging AI trends, tools, and enterprise adoption requirements.

What are we looking for?

• Minimum16 to 25 years of relevant experience, with at least 2 years in Generative AI, LLMs, or AI application development.
• This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
• BTech, BE, MCA or equivalent IT qualification is required.
• Relevant certifications in Generative AI, Azure OpenAI, Google Cloud AI, AWS AI, ML, or equivalent are preferred.
• Experience in enterprise AI enablement or workforce upskilling programs is an advantage.

• Reports to: Technology Educator Manager
• Collaborates with: Instructional Designers, Learning Advisors, Capability

Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Subject Matter Expertise & Training Delivery
   • Deliver instructor‑led and virtual training on Generative AI concepts, LLMs, Prompt Engineering, RAG, and AI application development.
   • Facilitate hands‑on labs and workshops using Generative AI platforms, APIs, and development frameworks.
   • Act as an SME for learner queries and support capability‑building initiatives.
   • Create assessments, evaluation exercises, and certification readiness activities.
   • Stay updated with advancements in GenAI technologies and industry best practices.
2. Content Development & Quality Assurance
   • Develop and maintain technically accurate training materials, presentations, lab guides, and learner resources.
   • Collaborate with instructional designers to create engaging learning experiences.
   • Review content for quality, accuracy, and alignment with business requirements.
   • Create reusable assets, code samples, and demonstrations for training programs.
   • Refresh training content regularly to incorporate new AI capabilities and industry developments.
3. Stakeholder Collaboration
   • Work closely with capability leads, project teams, and learning advisors to align training programs with organizational goals.
   • Support learning needs analysis and recommend appropriate AI learning solutions.
   • Participate in capability development and workforce upskilling initiatives.
   • Build strong working relationships with technical SMEs and learning stakeholders.
   • Contribute to AI learning community activities and knowledge‑sharing sessions
4. Team Contribution & Knowledge Sharing
   • Share knowledge, best practices, and lessons learned with peers and learning teams.
   • Support onboarding and mentoring of junior educators when required.
   • Participate in content reviews and continuous improvement initiatives.
   • Contribute to team discussions and planning activities.
   • Promote adoption of innovative learning approaches and AI‑enabled teaching
