Job summary

Accenture PLC in Mumbai seeks a Learning Operations Analyst to manage end-to-end learning administration and scheduling for L&D programs. You will ensure accurate LMS administration, resource allocation, and proactive stakeholder communication to support high-quality program delivery.

The role requires 3–5 years in Learning Administration or Scheduling, exposure to LMS platforms, and a flexible approach to shifts.

Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in Learning Administration or Scheduling.
• Experience working in Learning Operations or Learning Administration.
• Exposure to LMS platforms is mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Administer and coordinate learning schedules across training programs.
• Manage LMS including course setup, enrollment, attendance and completion tracking.
• Coordinate with instructors, vendors and stakeholders for training logistics.
• Monitor schedules and resolve resource/venue conflicts to ensure delivery.
• Maintain accurate learning records, reports and dashboards related to training delivery and participation.
• Respond to learning administration queries within defined service timelines.
• Ensure adherence to learning policies, cancellation guidelines and documentation standards.
• Perform quality checks on learning data and support audits or compliance reviews.
• Identify process improvement opportunities within learning administration and scheduling workflows.
• Support knowledge transfer and onboarding of new team members.

What would you do?

• The Learning Admin Analys is responsible for end to end learning administration and scheduling support for Learning and Development programs. The role ensures accurate coordination of training schedules, LMS administration, resource allocation and stakeholder communication.
• This position acts as a subject matter expert in learning operations, supporting smooth delivery of learning programs while maintaining compliance, quality and data accuracy.
• Manage learning solutions, including activities such as registration, vendor management, product support, learning management system.

What are we looking for?

• Primary skill - Learning Operations
• Knowledge of public holidays and regional scheduling considerations
• Relevant years of experience in Learning Administration, Scheduling or Learning Operations
• Prior experience in a shared services, Learning and Development, HR operations or service delivery environment preferred
• Exposure to LMS platforms is mandatory
• Exposure to working with clients in the travel and aviation sector
• Educational Qualification: Bachelors degree BA, BCom, BSc, BTech or equivalent
• Shift Timings: Must be flexible with respect to shift timings
