Qualifications

• Postgraduate degree in Management, Commerce, Journalism, MCA, or IT.
• 2-6 years of experience in student counselling, academic advising, or customer support.
• Good communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Basic knowledge of CRM/ticketing tools and MS Excel.
• Willing to work weekends on a rotational basis.
