  • Education: Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or industrial Engineering.
  • Experience:
    • 5-8 years in a similar role.

Main Responsibilities
  • 5S Implementation and Maintenance:
    • Support the implementation of 5S standards across all departments.
    • Conduct regular 5S audits to ensure compliance and identify areas for improvement.
    • Train employees on 5S principles and practices.
    • Continuously improve 5S processes to ensure sustainability.
    • Ensure compliance with all hazardous waste management regulations.
    • Implement and ensure adherence to hazardous waste management procedures.
    • Conduct audits of hazardous waste storage, handling, and disposal practices.
    • Coordinate with EHS and other relevant departments for safe and compliant hazardous waste management.
    • Coordinate and facilitate Kaizen events to drive continuous improvement.
    • Work with cross-functional teams to identify improvement opportunities.
    • Develop and track action plans from Kaizen events.
    • Measure and report on the effectiveness of Kaizen initiatives.
  • Training and Development:
    • Identify areas for improvement and work with teams to implement corrective actions.
    • Provide training to employees on waste management and continuous improvement tools.
    • Support the development of training materials and programs to enhance Lean capabilities.
    • Foster a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Collaboration and Coordination:
    • Work closely with Production, Warehouse, SCM, EHS, Admin, Housekeeping, Security, and Hazardous Waste Yard Management teams.
    • Ensure Lean initiatives align with organizational goals.
    • Facilitate communication and coordination among different departments.
Other Duties
  • Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
