Process Improvement and Optimization

• Conduct time studies and root cause analysis to eliminate waste
• Implement lean manufacturing techniques to improve flow and reduce cycle times
• Use Six Sigma methods for quality and process improvements

Tooling and Equipment Management

• Coordinate with tool rooms for fixture/jig development
• Monitor equipment uptime and recommend upgrades or replacements
• Plan preventive maintenance schedules with Maintenance team

New Product Introduction (NPI)

• Support new project trials and ramp-up
• Collaborate with design and quality teams to ensure manufacturability
• Ensure proper documentation and validation of new processes
• Participate in Daily Work Management and Gemba
• Drive 5S, autonomous maintenance, and small group activities
• Ensure machine and operator safety through risk assessments
