Key Responsibilities

• Inspection of incoming raw material & bought out items.
• Collect sample for testing and computes finding as per standard.
• Review of mill test certificate and lab test certificate.
• Conducts visual, dimensional & geometry inspection to ensure quality of products.
• Review of supplier test certificate, warranty & guarantee certificate as per purchase order, drawings, data sheet, specification, standard, etc.,
• Determines and uses appropriate inspection processes and instruments to confirm assigned products and parts meet drawing / specifications.
• Monitoring the calibration of measuring and monitoring devices.
• Prepares reports documenting inspection findings along with photos.
• Communicate day-to-day inspection to respective department by verbal and e-mail.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications and Experience Levels

• Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
• Overall 1 Year of experience in fabrication industries
