We are seeking an experienced Agile Coach to drive enterprise‑wide Agile transformation and support the adoption of scaled Agile frameworks across teams and leadership. The role focuses on enabling continuous improvement, strengthening delivery maturity, and embedding Agile ways of working within a globally distributed environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with cross‑functional teams to assess current ways of working and design strategies for agile adoption.
• Coach teams, leaders, and stakeholders on agile principles, frameworks, and scaled agile practices.
• Facilitate workshops, training sessions, and ceremonies to build agile capability and maturity.
• Deliver Agile and Scaled Agile training.
• Support Agile Release Train (ART) launches and quarterly planning to enable scaled delivery.
• Champion a culture of continuous improvement and innovation across teams.
• Mentor leaders to strengthen portfolio‑level agility and drive mindset shifts.
• Drive adoption of Lean Portfolio Management practices and enterprise agile tooling.
• Regularly assess and report on agile maturity to inform coaching approaches and improvement plans.
• Advocate for the use of agile metrics and objective measures to track progress and outcomes.

About You

• Proven experience as an Agile Coach in a globally distributed environment, successfully guiding teams through agile adoption.
• Deep knowledge of agile frameworks and scaled agile approaches (SAFe, LeSS, Nexus, Scrum@Scale, etc.).
• Strong facilitation and influencing skills to drive alignment across teams and leadership.
• Ability to think creatively and solve complex problems in a dynamic environment.
• Experience of Agile training material creation and delivery.
• SAFe Practice Consultant certified or equivalent.
