Job summary

Genpact in India is hiring a Lead Writer - Content Design to create high-impact written content across digital platforms. You will collaborate with product designers, UX teams, marketers, and stakeholders to shape content that enhances user experience and business outcomes.

Qualifications

Job Description Responsibilities

Lead the development of complex, high-impact written content across digital platforms, ensuring clarity, engagement, and alignment with brand voice and strategy. Collaborate closely with product designers, UX teams, marketers, and stakeholders to shape and execute content solutions that enhance user experience and business outcomes. Translate complex concepts into clear, concise, and user-friendly content tailored to diverse audiences and platforms. Review and refine content created by peers and junior writers, providing constructive feedback and ensuring consistency in tone, style, and quality. Contribute to the evolution of content standards, guidelines, and best practices, helping to scale content design operations across teams. Conduct in-depth content research, including user needs, industry benchmarks, and competitive analysis, to inform writing and content strategy. Mentor junior writers and content contributors, supporting their development and ensuring alignment with content design principles.
