Job summary

Genpact seeks a Lead in Knowledge Management to drive the Enterprise KM strategy, governance, and technology enablement. You will engage with global senior stakeholders, shape a unified knowledge culture, and guide content creation and collaboration across the organization.

Responsibilities include transforming KM through technology, analytics, and process excellence, optimizing knowledge delivery platforms, and standardizing knowledge management across a global team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level education in business, marketing, or related field; MBA optional.
• ITIL Foundation certification.
• PMP certification.
• Six Sigma Green Belt certification.

Job Description Responsibilities:

• Engage with senior stakeholders across the globe to understand needs, define compelling business cases, and drive transformational change in Knowledge Services.
• Own and drive the Enterprise Knowledge Management (KM) strategy, focusing on governance, knowledge architecture, technology enablement, content, collaboration, culture building, and change management.
• Lead the transformation agenda across technology, analytics, and process excellence to optimize the KM function.
• Manage and enhance the Enterprise Knowledge engine, overseeing knowledge delivery platforms, collaboration channels, and evaluating third-party tools for improved user experience and search capabilities.
• Design and build virtual workspaces for better employee experience, knowledge sharing, and social collaboration, creating a holistic workplace environment.
• Standardize and coordinate how knowledge is defined, created, captured, and managed across a global team, while automating workflows to improve efficiency.
• Drive the collective intelligence agenda by building a unified knowledge culture, creating a content engine, and ensuring a consistent user experience.
• Build and manage strong content funnels, ensuring standardized methodologies, templates, and frameworks are used for content creation and curation across the organization.
