Job summary

Genpact is seeking a Sr. Specialist - Content Design to lead end-to-end content design initiatives, shaping instructional design for AI-driven learning solutions. You will plan projects, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and ensure delivery quality across multiple client engagements.

The role requires strong English communication, advanced design skills, and experience in content strategy and project management within a fast-paced innovation environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degrees in communications/design/HCI or related fields.
• Strong collaboration and client interaction skills.
• Experience in content design and instructional design for large projects.

Responsibilities

• Planning: create project map, plan for resources and execution.
• Client interaction: identify requirements and define deliverables.
• Project execution: manage timelines, utilization, and deliverable reviews.
• Ensure deliverables meet client quality standards and take corrective actions.
• People development: grow team skills and plan career development.
• Provide strategic inputs to meet customer requirements and support pre-sales.

Job Description

Experienced L&D professional with high functional skill s in instruction Design. Require added ability to lead and manage the entire project with skillsets below:

• Planning - Prepare project map, plan for resources and means of execution
• Client interaction – Identify / help the team identify requirements, and define deliverables that measure up to client requirement
• Project execution – Ensuring - timelines of deliverable, resource utilization, resource availability, high level review of the deliverables
• Ensure the deliverables meet the Quality standards as required by the client, and take corrective action in case of deviation
• People development – ensure growth and up-gradation of skills for the team, identify training needs, ensure people have the required skills as per the need of the project. Plan for and ensure career development of the team
• Provide strategic inputs to the team on meeting the customer requirements constantly
• Pre sales support – Technical inputs in preparing proposals for clients
