Job summary

Azilen Technologies is seeking a senior Workday architect to lead and optimize the Workday ecosystem, owning configuration, integrations, security, automation, and AI enablement across People Systems.

You will drive scalable HR technology solutions, ensure compliance, and partner with HR and IT teams to enhance employee experience and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in HR systems with Workday administration and integrations.
• Experience supporting Workday HCM, Compensation, Benefits, Security, and BPf.
• Experience managing Workday security, access controls, releases, testing, and system enhancements.

Job description

Lead and optimize the Workday ecosystem by owning configuration, integrations, security, automation, and AI enablement across People Systems. Drive scalable HR technology solutions, ensure compliance, and partner with HR and IT teams to enhance employee experience and operational efficiency.

Who You Are:

• 12+ years of experience in HR Systems with deep hands-on expertise in Workday administration, configuration, and integrations
• Strong experience supporting Workday HCM, Compensation, Benefits, Security, and Business Process Framework
• Expertise in Workday integrations using EIB, REST/SOAP APIs, and connecting Workday with third-party HR platforms
• Experience managing Workday security, access controls, releases, testing, and system enhancements
• Working knowledge of SOX ITGC controls, audit readiness, and compliant HR system practices
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to translate business needs into scalable technical solutions
• Comfortable working cross-functionally with HR Operations, Total Rewards, Talent, IT, and business leadership
