Qualifications

• Chiller expertise across screw, scroll, and centrifugal machines.
• 8–12 years of experience in product and value engineering.
• Bachelor's degree: BE/BTech.
• Thermal & performance engineering including testing (AHRI, BEE, ASME).
• Design-to-Value with cost reduction and optimisation.
• Troubleshooting and RCA experience.
• Application engineering with ETO/MTO customization.
• Execution of projects with risk and delivery excellence.
• Cross-functional collaboration and leadership.
• Strong collaboration across regions and teams.

About the role

As the Lead -WC Chiller Sustaining & Value Engineer forCarrier.,you’ll executes elements of product development activities and testing. Responsible for enhancing commonality and optimization of product and components.
