Job summary

Access Healthcare is seeking a dynamic Lead Trainer and Instructional Designer to craft engaging digital learning experiences. You will bridge complex SME content with learner-centric design, using Storyline/Rise, Vyond, Canva, and PowerPoint to deliver impactful training.

You will manage LMS course creation, tracking, reporting, and governance, collaborating with SMEs, IT, and L&D to deliver multiple projects on time.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• 3+ years in Instructional Design, Digital Learning, E-learning, or L&D.
• Hands-on with Articulate Storyline/Rise, SCORM, and Moodle or similar LMS.
• Strong content development, visual design, and storytelling skills.
• Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and digital content tools.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop engaging digital learning and e-learning solutions.
• Create storyboards, scripts, scenarios, activities, assessments, and learning content.
• Apply instructional design principles and Bloom’s Taxonomy.
• Develop e-learning, microlearning, videos, and interactive content.
• Hands-on with Articulate Storyline/Rise, Vyond, Canva, and PowerPoint.
• Transform SME content into learner-centric experiences.
• Collaborate with SMEs and stakeholders to deliver learning projects.
• Manage LMS course creation, deployment, and learner tracking.
• Handle SCORM publishing, completion tracking, and LMS troubleshooting.
• Generate LMS reports and ensure governance and quality checks.

In this role, you will bridge the gap between complex subject matter and learner-centric design, leveraging modern authoring tools and Learning Management Systems (LMS) to deliver impactful training solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop engaging digital learning and e-learning solutions
• Create storyboards, scripts, scenarios, activities, assessments, and learning content
• Apply instructional design principles and Bloom’s Taxonomy
• Develop e-learning, microlearning, videos, and interactive learning content
• Must have hands-on experience with Articulate Storyline/Rise, Vyond, Canva, and PowerPoint
• Transform complex SME content into simple, engaging, and learner-centric experiences
• Recommend innovative learning solutions based on business and learner needs
• Explore new learning tools, technologies, and digital learning approaches
• Manage LMS course creation, configuration, deployment, and learner tracking
• Handle SCORM publishing, completion tracking, assessments, and LMS troubleshooting
• Generate LMS reports and ensure governance and quality checks
• Partner with SMEs, business stakeholders, IT, and L&D teams to deliver learning projects
• Manage multiple projects, timelines, reviews, and stakeholder signoffs

Experience and Qualification:

• Bachelor’s degree in any field.
• 3+ years of professional experience in Instructional Design, Digital Learning, E-learning, or L&D.
• Proven hands-on experience in Articulate Storyline/Rise, SCORM, and LMS platforms (such as Moodle).
• Strong content development, visual design, and storytelling skills.
• Good knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, and other digital content creation tools.
