Job summary

Openmind eDesign in Bengaluru is seeking an experienced Instructional Designer to design and deliver engaging, learner-centric eLearning solutions. You will lead ID projects and collaborate with clients and cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality deliverables.

The role requires strong instructional design expertise, project management skills, and the ability to translate requirements into effective learning experiences using rapid authoring tools.

Qualifications

• Master's degree or higher in Instructional Design, English, Education, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in Instructional Design, preferably from education or eLearning.
• Excellent project management skills.
• Ability to work effectively with clients and team members to meet project requirements.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to learn Rapid Authoring Tools quickly.
• Expertise in developing high-level and low-level designs based on adult learning principles.

Responsibilities

• Ideate and create engaging, instructionally sound, and learner-centered solutions for instructional design projects by understanding the learning requirement, budget, and shared content.
• Lead instructional design projects; plan, monitor, and track ID tasks while keeping deliverables on schedule and within design and quality parameters.
• Work with clients to gain an understanding of their requirements and prepare an A&D document.
• Visualize, create, and review storyboards for multiple interactivity levels.
• Create demos and lab exercises with creative visualization to deliver an engaging solution based on the approved learning strategy.
• Stay abreast of the latest trends and best practices in the eLearning and instructional design community in order to enhance and expand on training objects and deliverables.
• Other duties as assigned.

Job description

We are looking for an experienced Instructional Designer to design and deliver engaging, learner-centric eLearning solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong instructional design expertise, project management capabilities, and the ability to collaborate with clients and cross-functional teams to create impactful learning experiences. The candidate should be passionate about creating innovative digital learning solutions and capable of managing multiple projects while ensuring high-quality deliverables.

Working Schedule:

• Working Days: 6 Days a Week
• Monday to Friday: 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM or 4:00 PM to 1:00 AM
• Saturday: 11:00 AM 8:00 PM
• Additional bonus for Saturdays and shift allowance will be provided.

• Expertise in developing high-level and low-level designs based on adult learning principles.
