Job summary

Anika Industries in Mumbai is seeking an experienced outbound sales team lead to manage a group of 7-8 Customer Outreach Executives. You will drive daily, weekly, and monthly targets, coach performers, and ensure high-quality lead generation and qualification before passing to sales/design teams.

You will monitor metrics, provide actionable insights, and collaborate with internal teams to optimize the conversion journey.

Qualifications

• 46 years of experience in outbound sales with at least 1–2 years in a team handling role
• Proven experience in managing target-driven sales teams
• Strong leadership, coaching, Attrition and team and management skills
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
• Strong understanding of sales funnels, lead qualification, Team productivity and efficiency levels and conversion metrics
• Ability to analyze data and drive performance improvements
