Fujitsu Limited is seeking a high-caliber Lead Technical Consultant with 13+ years of SAP ABAP/ERP experience for multi-location projects in India. The role emphasizes SAP ECC/S/4HANA, RICEFW development, and strong integration with HR and logistics modules.

You will drive design workshops, configuration, testing, and go-live activities in a hybrid, multi-location setup. The candidate will work across SAP ABAP, Fiori, OData, and migration tasks, coordinating with global teams and ensuring

Qualifications

• Minimum 9+ years of relevant exp in SAP ABAP configuration and implementation in support projects.
• Good knowledge of RICEFW (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, Forms, and Workflow) using SAP ASAP or SAP Activate.
• Must have experience in OData / WebDynpro / Adobe Forms / Workflow / S4 Migration (ATC/SPDD/SPAU) and ABAP/Fiori.
• Rich experience in SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA with integration across HR and logistics modules.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills; ability to drive workshops and go-live activities.

Responsabilités

• Lead design workshops, analysis, configuration, testing, training, go-live and support cycles.
• Develop, configure and optimize SAP ABAP objects and RICEFW components.
• Ensure smooth integration between SAP ABAP/Fiori and HR/Logistics modules.
• Coordinate with teams on ALE/EDI communications and SAP migration activities.

Job Description

• Minimum 9+ years of relevant exp in SAP ABAP configuration and implementation experience in support projects.
• Good knowledge of RICEFW (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, Forms, and Workflow) using SAP ASAP or SAP Activate methodology.
• Must have good experience in OData /WebDynpro /Adobe Forms / Workflow / S4 Migration (ATC/SPDD/SPAU etc)SAP ABAP/Fiori skills to include, workflows ABAP HR ( knowledge on infotypes and pay areas), PA / OM and strong knowledge and hands-on experience in working on developments for implementation/configuration and support projects.
• Rich experience in SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA required.
• Extensive experience in working on development requirements like reports, interfaces, conversions, enhancements, forms, and workflows. Outbound and Inbound ALE/EDI communications.
• Extensive experience in facilitating design workshops, analysis, process mapping, configuration, testing, training, go live and support cycles.
• Good integration knowledge/experience between SAP ABAP/Fiori and other relevant SAP modules (HR and logistics modules SD/LE, MM/WM, PP/QM, FICO.). Hybris, CRM, BW, PI/PO, APO, DMS, FI-Vertex , MM, SD , FI, Ariba, SNC, MDM
• Results driven, team oriented, adaptable to different client situations and quick in learning new skills and methods.
• Excellent communication, analytical, interpersonal skills and is good at problem solving.
