Delta Air Lines is seeking a highly skilled HR Systems Operations Professional to support the administration, reporting, and operational enablement of critical HR, AI, and Compliance platforms. This role serves as a super administrator across multiple systems, providing essential system support, utilization reporting, process documentation, and training enablement that ensures platforms remain stable, scalable, and well‑adopted.
This role plays a key part in ensuring that operational execution, reporting, and documentation keep pace with fast‑moving compliance and AI initiatives. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, operationally strong, and comfortable working across multiple enterprise systems in a highly regulated environment, providing reliable administrative support, reporting insights, and process consistency.
System Administration & Operations
- Serve as a super administrator for HR, AI, and Compliance systems, performing user provisioning, role‑based access management, and light system configuration.
- Provide day‑to‑day system support, troubleshooting, and coordination of issue resolution with IT, vendors, and functional partners.
- Support system maintenance activities including configuration updates, access audits, and operational readiness tasks.
- Ensure system stability and adherence to access, security, and compliance standards.
Reporting, Dashboards & Operational Insights
- Create, maintain, and enhance utilization reports and dashboards for HR, AI, and Compliance platforms.
- Monitor system usage, adoption trends, and operational metrics to support leadership visibility and decision‑making.
- Perform ongoing analysis to identify risks, bottlenecks, and opportunities for process or system improvement.
- Partner with stakeholders to define reporting requirements and translate them into actionable, repeatable outputs.
Process Documentation & UAT Support
- Develop and maintain process documentation, workflows, and operating models aligned to system capabilities.
- Prepare for and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including test case creation, execution support, defect tracking, and validation of fixes.
- Ensure documentation remains current as systems, integrations, and policies evolve.
- Support go‑lives and releases by validating readiness across procedures, access, and training materials.
Training & Enablement
- Create and maintain training materials, job aids, and standard operating procedures (SOPs) for system users and administrators.
- Support user onboarding and adoption through clear, consistent, and accessible enablement content.
- Partner with HR, Compliance, and IT teams to ensure training accurately reflects system behavior and policy requirements.
Cross‑Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with HR Systems, Compliance, Legal, AI governance, IT, and vendor partners to support operational execution.
- Participate in compliance‑ and AI‑related initiatives by providing system expertise, reporting, and operational support.
- Act as a reliable execution partner to ensure projects move forward without overloading onshore resources.
