In this contractor role, you will support our HR Service Delivery team by helping deliver HR ServiceNow products and processes that improve the employee experience, strengthen data integrity, and support key business initiatives. You’ll work closely with business and technology partners to translate needs into practical solutions and help move important work forward.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with HR Service Delivery team members, business users, and technology partners to support HR ServiceNow solutions and related processes
- Gather, define, and document business requirements and help translate them into effective technical solutions
- Support testing activities to ensure solutions meet business needs and quality expectations
- Help resolve escalations and issues that span multiple processes or systems
- Perform day‑to‑day administration related to case management requests, portal updates, knowledge base content, and user access
- Collect, analyze, and report on data to support operational decisions and continuous improvement
- Contribute to process and configuration enhancements that improve efficiency and user experience
- Build strong working relationships across teams while delivering excellent customer service
- Ensure work aligns with Delta policies, procedures, and best practice standards
- Practice safety‑conscious behaviors in all processes and projects
What You Need To Succeed (Minimum Qualifications)
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Science, Business/Management, Mathematics/Statistics, Economics, or other relevant quantitative field.
- 4–7 years of business analyst experience, including exposure to case management processes
- Strong business acumen, judgment, and technical aptitude
- Demonstrated critical thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to apply concepts across multiple business processes
- Experience gathering requirements, documenting needs, translating requirements for developers, supporting testing, and coordinating project activities
- Experience with quality assurance and application testing practices, including writing test scripts or user stories, leading test sessions, and managing defects
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
- Ability to communicate technical concepts and processes in clear, simple language for different audiences
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and remain flexible in a fast‑paced environment
- Exposure to implementation methodologies such as Agile and Waterfall

What Will Give You a Competitive Edge (Preferred Qualifications)
- Experience supporting end‑to‑end implementations of HR systems or products
- ServiceNow experience, preferably with the HR module
- Experience working in a fast‑paced, multinational environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to move comfortably between technical and business discussions
