Job summary

ELGI Equipments is seeking an experienced engineer to lead the development of new compressed air dryer products in Coimbatore. You will manage engineering changes, update products, and ensure processes deliver high‑quality, reliable dryers.

The role requires hands‑on experience in dryer design for compressed air and strong knowledge of refrigeration components, testing, and certifications. You will drive cost‑efficient design optimization and collaborate with manufacturing teams.

Qualifications

• 6–10 years of experience in design and development of dryers or Refrigeration and air‑conditions.
• Core experience in design and development of dryers for compressed air application.
• Strong knowledge of refrigeration compressors, condensers, evaporators, fans, refrigerant control systems, and refrigerant line sizing.
• Experience in manufacturing processes and product testing.
• Familiarity with supplier development and vendor management for dryer‑related components.
• Knowledge of applicable standards, statutory requirements, and product certifications.
