Job summary

Evio Private Limited in Hyderabad is seeking an experienced HVAC Project Engineer to lead data center cooling implementations. You will plan, install, test and commission HVAC systems, review drawings, and coordinate with MEP teams on large-scale EPC projects.

The role requires 2–10 years in HVAC project execution, data center cooling expertise, and strong knowledge of chillers, AHUs, and precision cooling. Travel to site locations and effective vendor management are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
• 2–10 years in HVAC project execution.
• Data Center HVAC experience preferred.
• Strong AutoCAD and BOQ estimation knowledge.
• Experience in large-scale MEP/EPC projects.

Responsibilities

• Manage and execute HVAC works for Data Center projects from planning through installation, testing, and commissioning.
• Review HVAC drawings, layouts, specifications, BOQ, and technical documents.
• Coordinate with electrical, civil, BMS, fire protection, and other MEP teams.
• Supervise installation of chillers, AHUs, CRAC/CRAH units, pumps, cooling towers, ducts, piping, and associated HVAC systems.
• Ensure HVAC systems meet data center cooling, redundancy, reliability, and performance requirements.
• Coordinate with consultants, clients, vendors, contractors, and project teams.
• Monitor site progress, quality, safety, and project schedules.
• Review method statements, material approvals, inspection requests, and testing/commissioning documentation.
• Support testing & commissioning, TAB (Testing, Adjusting & Balancing), and performance testing.
• Identify and resolve technical/site issues during project execution.
• Ensure compliance with applicable HVAC standards, project specifications, and safety requirements.

Salary Range: 3 LPA to 10 LPA

• Experience in large-scale MEP/EPC projects.
• Good knowledge of HVAC drawings, AutoCAD, BOQ, estimation, and site coordination.
• Strong project execution and vendor/contractor management skills.
• Willingness to travel or work at project sites as required.

Preferred Data Center Experience

Candidates with experience in Tier II, Tier III, or Tier IV Data Center projects, particularly in HVAC installation, project execution, testing, and commissioning, will be considered.
