Job summary

M2P Fintech is seeking a Lead Solution Engineer to build high-performance, scalable backend systems. You will lead a cross-functional team, own critical components, and deliver innovative financial tech solutions with fast-paced delivery.

The role requires ownership, strong problem-solving, and mentoring capabilities. You will leverage NestJS, Node.js, and TypeScript to create robust APIs, design databases, and ensure secure, scalable services across distributed architectures.

Qualifications

• B.E or B.Tech in Computer Science or equivalent.
• Hands-on with NestJS, Node.js, and TypeScript.
• Strong grasp of PostgreSQL and MongoDB (both mandatory).
• Experience building REST APIs and integrating third-party services.

Responsibilities

• Develop scalable services and APIs using Node.js and NestJS.
• Design, create, and maintain databases in PostgreSQL and MongoDB.
• Implement authentication, authorization, and data validation layers.

About the Role

M2P Fintech is looking for Lead Solution Engineer to build scalable software systems that are high-performance, highly available, highly transactional, low latency and massively distributed. As part of a cross functional team, you will be working in a fast-paced and agile work environment delivering quality and innovative solutions that have immediate business impact. You need to take the challenges and ownership that comes while developing a complex system. You should lead the team and also be a team player with a knack for visual design and utility.

What You’ll Need to be Successful in this Role

• B.E or B.Tech inComputer Scienceor any equivalent degree.
• Hands-on with NestJS, Node.js, and TypeScript
• Strong grasp of PostgreSQL and MongoDB (both mandatory)
• Experience building REST APIs and integrating third-party services
• Understanding of error handling, logging, and security patterns
• Knowledge of microservices or modular monolith architecture
• Familiarity with caching, rate limiting, or observability tools
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a strong attention to detail.
• Effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• High level of energy and proactive nature.
• A sense of ownership and drive and a willingness to accept the challenge of daily deadlines is essential.
