About the Role

M2P Fintech is looking for atalented and experienced SolutionEngineering Manager to drive new initiatives from scratch across crossfunctional teams and to rollout business transformational programs. In thisrole, you will build and grow a new team of SDEs with the help of Leads. Youand your team will work with PEs, Product Managers, Risk Managers, TPMs andSenior Leadership to design, develop and deliver results while fostering inputsand participation from all levels of the organization.

You will be the engineering Owner for theproducts built by your teams. The services built will be highly scalable, lowlatency, secured and massively distributed. You’ll be responsible for growingand mentoring engineers in your team, set the team culture. You will activelycoach and provide feedback to your team members and invest in their careergrowth. Your team will own the design, delivery, deployment and actively manageoperations of the services built.

What Will You Do in this Role

• Responsible for the overall development lifecycle of the solution – from conception to delivery to operations.
• Work with product managers in developing astrategy and road map to provide compelling capabilities that helps themsucceed in their business goals.
• Work closely with engineers to develop the besttechnical design and approach for new product development.
• Instill best practices for software developmentand documentation, assure designs meet requirements, and deliver high-qualitywork on tight schedules.
• Partner and integrate with the best in market tobring is best in class embedded fintech features.
• Translate business requirements into technicalsolutions, recommend alternative technical and business approaches, and leadengineering efforts to meet aggressive timelines with optimal solutions.
• Solve complex problems in an innovative way anddeliver quality solutions while taking ownership and accountability of assignedthings.
• Lead and guide team members on everything fromstructured problem solving to development of best practices and ensure positivecareer development.

What You’ll Need to be Successful in thisRole

• B.Eor B.Tech in Computer Science or any equivalent degree.
• Experienced technology leader with 12+ years ofsoftware development experience including, 5+ years in building and leadingstrong engineering teams.
• Substantial experience in building complex andscalable solutions.
• Strong object-oriented design skills, ability toapply design patterns, and an uncanny ability to design intuitive module andclass-level interfaces.
• Strong service architecture and development experience with high performanceand scalability
• Strong at technical goal setting for a projectwith actionable success metrics. Good knowledge and experience on measuring aservice from user experience angle.
• Strong on driving for results and self-motivated,strong learning mindset, with good understanding of related advanced/newtechnology. Keep up with the technology development in therelated areas in theindustry, which could be leveraged to enhance current architectures and builddurable new ones.
• Outstanding verbal, written, presentation,facilitation, and interaction skills, including ability to effectivelycommunicate architectural issues and concepts to multiple organization levelsand executive management.
• Good problem-solving skills with stronganalytical thinking.
• Hands-on coder with excellent debugging skills.
