Job summary

EPAM Systems is seeking a Lead Software Engineer specializing in Salesforce Primary Cloud to architect, build, and optimize Salesforce solutions. You will tailor Sales/Service/Experience Cloud, develop reusable LWC components, and implement Apex-driven logic with REST/SOAP integrations.

The role requires 8–11 years of Salesforce experience, deep knowledge of security models, and strong collaboration with stakeholders in an Agile/DevOps environment.

Qualifications

• 8 to 11 years of practical Salesforce development experience.
• Solid background with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.
• Proficient in Apex, Triggers, and SOQL/SOSL.
• Deep expertise in Lightning Web Components (LWC).
• Experience with REST/SOAP integrations.
• Working knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Create business logic through Apex triggers, classes, batch processes, and schedulers


• Connect Salesforce to external systems via REST/SOAP APIs


• Collaborate with Business Analysts and stakeholders to convert requirements into technical designs


• Conduct code reviews, troubleshoot issues, and optimize performance


• Uphold best practices related to security, scalability, and governor limits


• Assist with deployments, releases, and resolving post-production issues


• Engage in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and DevOps workflows

Requirements
