Job summary

EPAM Systems is seeking a Lead Software Engineer with expert Salesforce Primary Cloud skills to join our team in Chennai. You will design, develop, and support scalable Salesforce solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud, leveraging Apex, LWC, and the Lightning framework.

You will collaborate with Business Analysts and stakeholders, implement complex business logic, perform code reviews, and ensure secure, scalable deployments while aligning with Agile/Scrum practices.

Qualifications

• 8 to 11 years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.
• Strong experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.
• Advanced proficiency in Apex, Triggers, and SOQL/SOSL.
• Extensive knowledge of Lightning Web Components (LWC).
• Skilled in Lightning App Builder and other declarative development tools.
• Familiarity with the Salesforce security model, including Profiles, Roles, Sharing, and Permission Sets.
• Practical experience with REST/SOAP integrations.
• Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to build stakeholder relationships.

Responsibilities
