Job summary

Epam Systems seeks a Lead Software Engineer Salesforce Primary Cloud to join the team, bringing deep expertise in Apex development and Lightning Web Components (LWC) to deliver scalable Salesforce solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.

You will design, implement, and optimize integrations, collaborate with analysts and stakeholders, and drive best practices for security, performance, and DevOps within an Agile environment.

Qualifications

• 8 to 11 years of hands‑on Salesforce development experience.
• Strong experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.
• Proficiency in Apex, Triggers, SOQL/SOSL and LWC.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain Salesforce solutions using Apex, LWC, and Lightning framework.
• Customize and extend Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud based on business requirements.
• Build reusable and responsive UI components using LWC.
• Implement business logic using Apex triggers, classes, batch jobs, and schedulers.
• Integrate Salesforce with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs.
• Collaborate with Business Analysts and stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Perform code reviews, debugging, and performance optimization.
• Ensure best practices for security, scalability, and governor limits.
• Support deployments, releases, and post-production issues.
• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and DevOps processes.
