Job summary

EPAM Systems is seeking a Lead Software Engineer with deep Salesforce expertise to design and deliver scalable Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud solutions. You will craft Apex code, build Lightning Web Components, and drive REST/SOAP integrations across complex environments.

The ideal candidate has 8–11 years of hands-on Salesforce development, strong experience with Salesforce clouds, and a solid grasp of Agile/Scrum practices.

Qualifications

• 8 to 11 years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.
• Strong experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.
• Advanced proficiency in Apex, Triggers, and SOQL/SOSL.
• Extensive knowledge of Lightning Web Components (LWC).
• Familiarity with the Salesforce security model, including Profiles, Roles, Sharing, and Permission Sets.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and support Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and the Lightning framework.
• Customize and improve Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud based on business requirements.
• Build reusable and responsive UI components using LWC.
• Implement business logic using Apex triggers, classes, batch processes, and schedulers.
• Integrate Salesforce with external systems through REST/SOAP APIs.
• Work with Business Analysts and stakeholders to translate requirements into technical designs.
• Perform code reviews, debug issues, and improve system performance.
• Maintain best practices for security, scalability, and governor limits.
• Support deployment activities, releases, and post-production issue resolution.
• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and DevOps processes.
