Job summary

EPAM Systems is seeking a Lead Software Engineer specializing in Salesforce Primary Cloud in India. The role emphasizes Apex development, Lightning Web Components, and building scalable solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.

You will architect, implement, and optimize Salesforce solutions, integrate with external systems via REST/SOAP, and drive best practices in security and scalable design. Strong collaboration with analysts and stakeholders is required.

Qualifications

• 8–11 years of practical experience in Salesforce development.
• Solid background working with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and Experience Cloud.
• Strong command of Apex, Triggers, and SOQL/SOSL.
• Deep expertise in Lightning Web Components (LWC).
• Proficient in Lightning App Builder and other declarative tools.
• Knowledge of Salesforce security model including Profiles, Roles, Sharing and Permission Sets.
• Hands-on experience with REST/SOAP integrations.
• Working knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Strong communication skills and ability to manage stakeholder relationships.
