Job description
We're looking for a Lead Software Engineer specializing in Salesforce Primary Cloud to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong Apex development and Lightning Web Components (LWC) skills to build scalable solutions spanning Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.
Responsibilities
- Architect, build, and maintain Salesforce solutions leveraging Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and the Lightning framework
- Tailor and enhance Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud to meet business needs
- Develop reusable, responsive UI components with LWC
- Create business logic through Apex triggers, classes, batch processes, and schedulers
- Connect Salesforce to external systems via REST/SOAP APIs
- Collaborate with Business Analysts and stakeholders to convert requirements into technical designs
- Conduct code reviews, troubleshoot issues, and optimize performance
- Uphold best practices related to security, scalability, and governor limits
- Assist with deployments, releases, and resolving post-production issues
- Engage in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and DevOps workflows
Requirements
- 8 to 11 years of practical experience in Salesforce development
- Solid background working with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud
- Strong command of Apex, Triggers, and SOQL/SOSL
- Deep expertise in Lightning Web Components (LWC)
- Proficient in Lightning App Builder and other declarative tools
- Knowledge of the Salesforce security model, including Profiles, Roles, Sharing, and Permission Sets
- Hands-on experience with REST/SOAP integrations
- Working knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Strong communication skills and ability to manage stakeholder relationships
