Job summary

Shashwath Solution is looking for an experienced Salesforce Team Lead to guide a group of developers in delivering Salesforce solutions. The role focuses on leading design, development, and integration efforts across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Lightning Web Components.

You will mentor teammates, ensure code quality, and drive best practices while collaborating with stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions.

Qualifications

• 4-7 years of experience with Salesforce development, particularly Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
• Strong expertise in Salesforce configuration, customization, and automation tools (Flows, Workflows, Process Builder).
• Proven experience in building and deploying Lightning Web Components (LWC).
• In-depth knowledge of Apex, Visualforce, SOQL, and Salesforce data model.
• Experience with Salesforce integrations, including web services (REST/SOAP APIs) and third-party systems.
• Solid understanding of Salesforce security and sharing models, including profiles, permission sets, and roles.
• Demonstrated experience with agile development practices and leading teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues in Salesforce.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Conduct regular code reviews, testing, and troubleshooting to ensure the delivery of high-quality solutions.
• Participate in sprint planning, provide progress updates, and manage priorities to meet project deadlines.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Product, Operations, Business, etc.) to ensure smooth and effective project delivery.
• Stay up-to-date with Salesforce product innovations, best practices, and emerging technologies, bringing new ideas to the team.
