Job summary

SHI in Hyderabad seeks an experienced Lead ServiceNow Developer to design, develop and implement ServiceNow solutions aligned with business needs. You will gather requirements with stakeholders, define scope, and build workflows, business rules, and integrations across ITSM, CSM, SSM, ITOM, HRSD, FSM and Financial Management.

You will troubleshoot configurations and data migrations and guide best practices.

Qualifications

• 5-8 years of experience developing ServiceNow applications.
• Bachelor's degree in B.Tech or BE.
• Strong ITIL understanding and hands-on with ITSM/CSM/SSM/ITOM modules.

Desired Candidate Profile

• 5-8 years of experience in developing applications on the ServiceNow platform.
  


• Bachelor's degree in Any Specialization (B.Tech / B.E.).
  


• Strong understanding of ITIL framework and its application in an IT environment.
  


• Experience working with multiple modules such as ITSM, CSM, SSM, Financial Management, HRSD, FSM or ITOM.
