Job summary

EPAM Systems in India is seeking a Lead/Senior Business Analyst with a strong background in Financial Services to support capital markets initiatives. You will work with onsite product owner to understand vision, define epics and stories, and manage backlog.

The role requires 8+ years in business analysis, experience with BRD/FRD, and excellent communication. Master’s preferred and willingness to relocate to projects across geographies, with opportunities for learning and certifications.

Qualifications

• 7-15 years of IT experience with 8+ years in business analysis and requirements management.
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field; Master's preferred.
• Strong background in Finance domain (Capital Markets or Wealth Management preferred).
• Proficient in BRD, FRD, requirements gathering and user stories.

Responsibilities

• Define epics, stories and acceptance criteria aligned with product vision.
• Collaborate with onsite proxy PO and stakeholders to refine roadmap.
• Prioritize backlog and manage project scope across sprints.
• Facilitate sprint reviews and provide actionable feedback.
• Explain business questions and resolve clarifications for teams.
