Role Summary

We are looking for skilled Appian Developers to design, develop, enhance, and maintain enterprise applications using the Appian Low-Code Platform. The role involves building workflow automation solutions, integrating applications with external systems, and ensuring application performance, security, and reliability.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deploy applications using the Appian platform.
• Build SAIL interfaces, Process Models, Records, Reports, Dashboards, Expression Rules, and Decision Rules.
• Develop and maintain REST/SOAP API integrations, Connected Systems, and Integration Objects.
• Work with CDTs, JSON, relational databases, and application security.
• Analyse business requirements and convert them into automated workflows.
• Handle application enhancements, troubleshooting, bug fixes, and production support.
• Participate in SIT/UAT, deployment, and application maintenance.
• For Lead Developers: Drive technical design, code reviews, development standards, and guide the development team.

Required Skills

• Strong hands-on experience in Appian development and configuration.
• Proficiency in SAIL, Process Models, Expression Rules, Records, CDTs, and workflow automation.
• Experience with REST/SOAP APIs, JSON, and external system integrations.
• Good understanding of SQL, relational databases, and data modelling.
