Job summary

Capgemini in India is seeking an Appian Developer to design, develop, and deploy enterprise-grade low-code applications on the Appian platform. The role emphasizes building SLAs, process models, and integrations while ensuring performance and security.

You will work closely with business analysts and IT teams to translate requirements into scalable solutions, leverage cloud-based platforms, and adhere to coding standards and SDLC practices.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with Appian BPM, SAIL, Expressions and Integrations.
• Experience with PaaS and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) and cloud-native apps.
• Strong SQL skills and relational database queries.
• Solid programming concepts and multiple languages.
• Understanding SDLC and software development lifecycle.
• Knowledge of IT concepts, system integration, and architecture.

Responsibilities

The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Appian BPM, PaaS environments, SQL, and cloud-based application platforms, along with a solid foundation in programming and software development.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deploy applications using the Appian low-code platform
• Build and customize Appian components such as SAIL interfaces, process models, records, and integrations
• Develop and optimize SQL queries and work with relational databases
• Integrate Appian applications with external systems using APIs and web services
• Work on cloud-based (PaaS) application platforms and support cloud computing environments
• Follow best practices in software development, coding standards, and version control
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions
• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize application performance
• Collaborate with business analysts, architects, and other developers across IT teams

Required Skills & Qualifications
