Job summary

Briskwinit is seeking an Appian Lead Developer with 6+ years of Appian experience for delivering intelligent automation solutions. The role demands expertise in Appian objects, end-to-end BPM delivery, and strong integration skills with SOAP/REST services and MuleSoft.

Responsibilities include leading design, development, testing, and deployment, collaborating with onshore/offshore teams, and applying CICD and Agile practices. Immediate joiner preferred and Bangalore base.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in Appian
• Experience with end-to-end Appian BPM implementations (Design/Develop/Deploy/Package)
• Knowledge of Appian Objects: Records, Reports, Tasks, Sites, Data Stores, Interfaces, CDT, Process Models, Integrations, Connected Systems

Responsibilities

• Lead the build, test, and delivery of intelligent automation solutions using vendor technologies
• Collaborate with diverse onshore/offshore teammates on SDLC and Agile methodologies
• Understand and work with Appian architecture and infrastructure (KDB, sizing, scaling)
• Work with Appian servers (JBOSS, TOMCAT) and web servers (Apache)
• Integrate with SOAP/REST Web Services and ESBs like MuleSoft
• Develop Appian Plugins and UI Plugins; work with Connected Systems and Components UI
• Work with Embedded SAIL and J2EE patterns (JSPs, Servlets, EJBs, JDBC)
• Participate in Safe Agile (Scrum/Kanban) practices and CI/CD (Ansible, Jenkins, Bitbucket, GitHub) and testing automation (Selenium, Tosca)
• Provide support to consultants/clients and understand business issues
• Support engagement operations as a collaborative team member

• 6+ years of experience in Appian of Industry experience
• Lead the build, test, and delivery of intelligent automation solutions using industry leading vendor technologies
• Collaborate with diverse onshore / offshore teammates on the software development process and agile methodologies
• Strong understanding of Appian Objects such as Records, Reports, Tasks, News, Sites, Actions, Expression Rules, Constants, Query Rules, Web API, Interface Rules, CDTs, Process Models. Constants, Decisions, Integrations, Connected Systems, Data Stores, Groups, Feeds etc.
• Have worked on one or more end to end Appian BPM implementation (Design/Develop/Deploy/Package)
• Sound Knowledge of Appian Process/Solution and Infrastructure Architecture (Infrastructure Architecture must include knowledge of Appian In-Memory KDB Engines, Sizing, Scaling Vertically/Horizontally)
• Sound Knowledge App Servers such as JBOSS, TOMCAT etc. and Web Servers such as Apache etc.
• Integration with Web Services (SOAP and REST both), ESBs such as MuleSoft
• Hands- On Experience in writing Appian Plugins (includes Smart Services, Function Plugins and Servlet Plugins), Connected Systems and Component UI Plugins (Preferred)
• Experience with Embedded SAIL
• Experience with J2EE Design Patterns such as JSPs, Java Servlets, EJBs, JDBC etc.
