Persistent is seeking a Senior Appian Developer to design, develop, and implement Appian-based enterprise applications in Pune. You will build interfaces, process flows, data types, and integrations while guiding a delivery team.

The role requires deep Appian expertise, SQL proficiency, and strong leadership to ensure best practices, performance tuning, and scalable solutions. You will collaborate with architects and analysts to translate complex requirements into robust workflows.

Qualifications

• 5 to 8 years of experience in Appian development.
• Expertise in Appian object types, query rules, expression rules, constant rules, and application architecture.
• Experience designing and developing process models, records, reports, SAIL interfaces, forms, and workflows.
• Proficiency in SQL and database design concepts.
• Strong understanding of Appian integration services, APIs, and web services.
• Experience developing enterprise-grade workflow automation and business process management solutions.
• Ability to perform application impact analysis, optimization, and performance tuning.
• Experience leading and mentoring Appian development teams.

Responsibilities
